Jollibee Spaghetti Recipe aka Pinoy Spaghetti

(Picture above: We recently visited Jollibee in Queens, NY) This is what it looks like with their Chicken Joy . YUM!!! What is Jollibee (Popular fast food restaurant in the Philippines, now also certain parts in the USA) Spaghetti? It's the cheesy spaghetti with the sweet tomato sauce with meat and cut up sausage and hotdog pieces. Filipinos are known for their sweet tooth, thus this dish. Compared to the regular Italian spaghetti, this is Waaaay Sweeter. Here's my own version of the recipe. I've substituted ground dark turkey meat for the ground beef (to make it less fattening) and organic beef hotdog (without the nitrates). Fry in a sauce pan: 2-3T EVOO (olive oil) 1/2lb ground Turkey Meat (or hormone free beef) When meat is brown, add 1-2 pcs of sliced organic hotdogs (beef or pork). Add 1 bottle of Ragu (Gardenstyle) or your favorite brand of Spahetti tomato Sauce. Mix 1/8 C (organic cane preferred) white sugar & 1/2 bottle of banana ketchup (you can find this at a...
