Green Smoothie

Photo: Typorama  On this year's birthday I made a trip to Lansdale to Arnold's Way cafe. I tried their famous green smoothie. People travel all over to get a hold of Arnold's Way smoothies and their only vegan menu such as their banana ice cream (no dairy)... I got this recipe from Arnold's website, so if you want to start a green smoothie revolution...pass this on to your friends especially those battling with cancer or chronic diseases. Chop and peel: 1 apple 1 ripe pear 2 ripe bananas 1 handful of greens (no stems) like spinach 16 oz water mixed with ice Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Serves 2.

All you need is the following fruits (buy 2 days prior) pineapple cantaloupe or honeydew green or dark purple grapes strawberries Materials: 10 inch bamboo skewers styrofoam ball (from a craft store) but I like to use playdough, or lettuce head or florist foam as alternative flower shaped cookie cutter melon baller potato crisp cutter (optional) a decorative mug for small arrangement or a bigger pot for more fruits white cellophane and ribbon Directions: 1 day before: With skin intact---Cut pineapple into 1/2 inch thick circle...
