I was craving for some fried broccolli and spinach...so I thought I would make some as a side dish. Ingredients: 1 egg, beaten 1c cornstarch 1t salt 1/4 t ground pepper 3/4 c cold water Spinach leaves and parboiled broccoli florets Mix first four ingredients in a bowl. Dip vegetables then coat. Fry in a preheated pan with olive oil. Fry 2-3 min on each side until light brown. Drench in paper towel before serving. Dipping sauce: Mix together 1/4 c mayonnaise 1tsp maggi seasoning
