Today, I received my new egg molds and steel cutters from Amazon.com! So today's bento box I decided to use it for boiled egg (upper left photo) in the shape of a rabbit and bear. Cute... The lunch today features Ground turkey, sauteed bok-choy, rice onigiri face, flower shaped apples and lychee jelo (from an Asian store). To make, here are the recipes... Vegetables: Put 1 cup baby bok-choy in a bowl of water and heat in microwave 30 seconds. Remove hot water, and pour ice water to blanch. Drain water and cut up leaves in small sizes. In a small pot, heat 1 tsp sesame oil, add shredded imitation crab meat and bok-choy. Season with salt to taste. Sautee until vegetable is done about 3-5 minute. Ground meat: in a Frying pan, add 1/2 cup chopped onions & 1 Tbsp minced garlic. Brown 1lb ground turkey until meat is done. Season with 1 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp ground pepper.
