I love this recipe. The Balsamic vinegar and onions evens out the salmon.
Rub with Sea salt and ground pepper
1/2 lb of Wild or Organic Salmon
Fry with 1 T olive oil in a Cast iron pan. High for 3 minutes or until brown. Turn over, cook for 1 min. Set on a serving plate.
Sauce:
In a saucepan, mix the ff:
1/4 c brown sugar
1T smoke flavoring1/4 c organic balsamic vinegar
1/4 c cooking wine
1/2 med white onion, sliced
Cook on high, until mixture bubbles. Reduce heat to medium until the mixture thickens.
Pour sauce on salmon.
