Beef Tapas.

I was soooo craving for Tapsilog (a Filipino meal which comprises of Beef Tapas served with fried egg and garlic rice). The commercially prepared ones contains preservatives so I haven't eaten it in awhile. I came accross this recipe and tried it at home.
Marinate 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced beef in:
1c soy sauce
1/2 lemon (juiced)
2T minced garlic
1 peeled and crushed ginger chunks
1tsp sea salt
1tsp onion powder
1tsp ground pepper, optional
Marinate overnite.
Next day, Drain the marinade. Fry beef in a wok, with olive oil, until brown.
