I first saw this fruit art when dining at Tako. I thought it was an ingenius way of serving oranges with your meal.
Step1: Wash oranges and cut in half horizontally as shown
Step2: Cut bottom edges of each half about 1 inch.
Step3: Using a grapefruit knife or small sharp knife, cut out the orange in a circular motion from both ends.
Step 4: Cut orange insides in fours.
Step 5: Insert bottom part of oranges inside hollow orange shell and top the sliced oranges on top.
