Tuna Wrap


If you're looking for something quick and lite to fix lunch try this easy recipe.


2 Flat tortilla rolls (trans fat free) Garlic and Herb

1 pack (4 oz) Light Tuna in water

1 can of black beans (optional)

2 T prepared salsa

shredded lettuce

lite sour cream (optioinal)


On each tortilla, layer shredded lettuce, black beans, salsa, tuna and top with sour cream. Roll as is. Enjoy!
