Crepes a la Suzette




Went to my friend's house today, and she showed me how to cook some crepes! Here is a quick and easy to remember recipe:




2 c All Purpose Flour


2 c Milk


2 whole eggs




Mix with a blender until smooth. In a nonstick pan, add some small amt of oil and add 1/4 c of the batter and tilt the pan so it coats the whole bottom. Flip and cook the other side when light brown. Eat with powdered sugar or jelly of choice.
