Always super excited to share you a recipe that can save you from eating from a can that is packed with preservatives or nitrates. Or you can follow from scratch as directed below: In a crockpot: 1.8 lbs Beef Brisket, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 1Tbsp, sugar 1Tbsp sea salt 1 tsp nutmeg 2Tbsp, garlic powder 2 Cups msg free beef broth or hot water 1 peeled potato 1T cooking wine optional Cook on low for 8-12 hours or until meat flakes with a fork easily. I omitted the jalapenos, but added the hot sauce towards the end, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. I love this one pot meal, complete with rice, shrimp, chicken and sausage. I love the flavor of the broth, peppers, onions and garlic in this dish. Thumbs up! a Definite for the winter season...

Beef Tapas. Originally uploaded by crossmyheartjwlry I was soooo craving for Tapsilog (a Filipino meal which comprises of Beef Tapas served with fried egg and garlic rice). The commercially prepared ones contains preservatives so I haven't eaten it in awhile. I came accross this recipe and tried it at home. Marinate 1 lb beef sirloin thinly sliced beef in: 1c soy sauce 1/2 lemon (juiced) 2T minced garlic 1 peeled and crushed ginger chunks 1tsp sea salt 1tsp onion powder 1tsp ground pepper, optional Marinate overnite. Next day, Drain the marinade. Fry beef in a wok, with olive oil, until brown.
